PROJECTS

“Education Policy and Market Opportunities Research”
This project was part of a global research initiative examining how education systems can better respond to future skills needs across selected countries in Africa and Asia. Our role focused on analyzing national education policies, mapping market trends, and assessing the wider stakeholder landscape to identify challenges and opportunities for aligning education strategies with labor market demands.
The research emphasized practical recommendations for governments and development partners, with a strong focus on fostering innovation and encouraging collaboration between the public and private sectors. By highlighting priority areas for reform, the project contributed to stronger policy dialogue and evidence-based decision-making.
The insights generated supported sustainable sector growth, ensuring that education systems are better equipped to prepare students with the skills and competencies required for rapidly evolving economies.

“Strengthening Pedagogical Practices through Behavioural Change”
Strengthening Pedagogical Practices through Behavioural Change in Teacher Training is an innovative initiative designed to enhance teaching quality by shifting the focus from traditional skills and competencies toward pedagogical practices and behavioural change in the classroom. The program emphasizes the development of inclusive mindsets, reflective practice, and collaborative learning, helping teachers to adapt their approaches to diverse classroom realities.
Through peer mentoring, teacher learning communities, and adaptive training methodologies, the project promotes long-term professional growth and sustainable improvements in teaching practices. Pilot activities demonstrated how behavioural frameworks can drive more engaged classrooms and stronger student outcomes, with early results highlighting improved collaboration among teachers and greater responsiveness to student needs.
